Creative Skills

Creative Skills (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides online training, including CCNA preparation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data.

1) Data we collect

  • Contact & identity: name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, city/state, age range.
  • Account & learning: login, enrollments, progress/quiz scores, support chats, feedback.
  • Transactions: order ID, payment method (processed by gateways), billing/tax info.
  • Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, call recordings (quality assurance).
  • Technical: device/browser, IP, time zone, cookies, analytics and ad UTM data.
  • Marketing prefs & consents: email/SMS/WhatsApp opt-ins.

2) Why we use it (lawful purposes)

  • Deliver services: account creation, course/lab access, certificates.
  • Service notifications (Utility): enrollment confirmations, schedules, reminders.
  • Security: OTP/authentication, fraud monitoring, abuse prevention.
  • Payments & compliance: billing, invoices, taxes, legal obligations.
  • Improve & support: analytics, troubleshooting, feature testing.
  • Marketing (with consent): offers, webinars, new batches—you can opt out anytime.

3) WhatsApp Business communications

  • We message only after explicit opt-in (forms/lead ads/QR).
  • You may opt out anytime by replying STOP or contacting us.
  • Some messages are automated (OTP, reminders).
  • We may use an approved WhatsApp Business Solution Provider to send/manage messages.

4) Cookies, pixels & analytics

  • We use cookies and similar tech (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) for functionality, measurement, and personalization. You can control cookies in your browser or via our site’s Cookie settings. Blocking some cookies may affect features.

5) How we share data

We do not sell personal data. We share with:

  • Processors/Vendors: hosting/LMS, email/WhatsApp services, analytics, payment gateways, support tools—only as needed to provide services.
  • Compliance & safety: regulators or law enforcement when required.
  • Business transfers: if our services are restructured, data may transfer under this Policy.

6) International transfers

Some vendors may process data outside India. We use reasonable contractual and security safeguards.

7) Retention

  • Core account, enrollment, and invoice records: up to 8 years (tax/compliance).
  • Support logs & analytics: 12–24 months, unless needed longer.
    We delete or anonymize data when no longer required.
